Summary: The Demolition Supervisor is responsible for managing all demolition activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and operational efficiency. This role requires oversight of risk assessments and compliance with company standards while working closely with customers and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that work is conducted according to the agreed upon methods, risk assessments, and safety procedure
- Guarantee safe demolition procedures
- Supervision the implementation of RAMS (Risk assessment method statement)
- Ensure company standards are adequately applied, both with customers and suppliers/subcontractors, always in consideration of the perceived level of risks that each of them involves
Key Skills:
- 5 to 10 years’ experience on similar role in UK
- Background in mechanical or civil engineering with demolition or construction experience
