The Role

As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for analysing sales trends, forecasting future demand, and collaborating with multiple departments to optimise inventory levels and supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data and market trends.
  • Monitoring forecast accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Working closely with Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
  • Managing stock levels to reduce shortages and excess inventory.
  • Analysing product performance and seasonal demand patterns.
  • Producing regular planning and forecasting reports for key stakeholders.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities within the supply chain.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Demand Planner, Supply Planner, Forecast Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience working with forecasting and inventory management systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or supply chain environments is advantageous.
