Demand Management Support Analyst

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Demand Management Support Analyst. The role is based in Telford on a hybrid basis.
This role requires the use of an FCSA umbrella company.
Job description:
Demand Management support plays a key role in overseeing client requests and managing the demand lifecycle. This role involves co-ordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely responses to client requests.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage incoming client requests from receipt to submission, ensuring accurate and timely responses
* Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and issue management
* Maintain accurate data collection the workflow tool to support reporting
* Provide coverage and support to other team members when needed
* Work with internal teams/stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
Mandatory skills:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
* Attentional to detail
* Awareness or experience of workflow tools such as Atlassian Jira
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Teams
