Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive target leads and pipeline.
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel ABM marketing campaigns to attract and convert prospects into qualified leads.
- Manage email nurture streams, paid social media and content ads, paid search, and directory listings.
- Optimise the website for conversion and SEO, including website and landing page design.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content for demand generation.
- Utilise marketing automation tools to nurture leads and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyse campaign and website performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
- Manage the demand generation budget and agency relationships to deliver against KPIs.

Who We're Looking For Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover, with an expected start date of September 2025. However, there is potential for this role to transition into a full-time permanent position as the business continues to grow. The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for Transparity’s products and services. This includes managing paid media and directory listings, email marketing, website optimisation and demand generation campaigns to drive the quality and quantity of leads to hit business goals. What You'll Be Delivering Strategy Development Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive target leads and pipeline. Reviewing and choosing supporting tools to help with targeted outreach and nurture etc. Campaign Management and Lead Generation Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel ABM marketing campaigns to attract and convert prospects into qualified leads, including. Email nurture – setting up and managing email nurture streams including lead scoring and handover to sales. Paid social media and content ads – either in-house or via agency. Paid search – managing our paid search via an agency. Directory listings - setting up profiles, managing customer reviews, assessing performance etc. Coordinating with events person on events and webinars.
Website Optimisation Optimising the website for both conversion and SEO to grow quality and conversion of traffic. Website and landing page design and optimisation to improve performance. SEO optimisation and management to improve rankings and quality of traffic for key terms. Content Creation Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling content that supports demand generation efforts, such as whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts. Marketing Automation: Utilise marketing automation tools to nurture leads, track engagement, and measure campaign effectiveness. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign and website performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Collaboration Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, follow-up processes, and feedback loops to maximise results. Budget Management Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI. Agency Management Managing agencies to deliver against agreed KPIs. KPIs Produce ROI and reporting for demand generation activities. Website traffic growth, engagement and conversion. Cost per click / conversion. MQLs and SQLs.
We think you'll be successful in this role if you have some of the following Previous demand generation experience. Understanding of website optimisation best practice. Blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills. Dynamic and results-driven. The ability to work with and manage external agencies where needed. The ability to collaborate and work effectively with other teams – content marketing, technical leads, sales etc.
