Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the CDS Engagement Portal for work requests (PWRs)
- Maintenance of the MTP PWR Tracker
- Supporting and managing requests against current year's interlocked demand
- Tracking financial and capacity interlocks
- Managing funding movements and change tracking
- Tracking spend against PWRs
- Tracking capacity vs doability vs forecasts
- Tracking front door activities for PWRs
- Facilitating the PWR approval processes
- Reporting and MI
- Dealing with queries regarding demand and funding
- Data quality monitoring, hygiene and housekeeping
- Training provision
- Key point of contact between CDS and stakeholders
- Communicating clearly and regularly with stakeholders

Role Description:
The Demand Analyst is focused on supporting the Demand Management team and involves various activities related to the management of the demand pipeline and work requests that arise for CDS's services. Such demand arises from sources internally to CDS and from other areas of the Corporate Bank. Activities include but are not limited to:
Maintenance of the CDS Engagement Portal, where stakeholders raise work requests (PWRs) for CDS
Maintenance of the MTP PWR Tracker
Supporting and managing requests raised against current year's interlocked demand
Tracking financial and capacity interlocks
Managing funding movements and change tracking
Tracking spend against PWRs
Tracking capacity vs doability vs forecasts
Tracking front door activities (ie lifecycle that sees PWRs raised, impact assessed, approved, signed off by client, and moved into delivery pipeline)
Facilitating the PWR approval processes
Reporting and MI
Dealing with queries regarding demand and funding
Data quality monitoring, hygiene and housekeeping
Training provision, etc.
Key point of contact between CDS and stakeholders across a range of areas and levels of seniority
Communicate clearly, appropriately and regularly.
Frequently face off to VP/Director level stakeholders.

Ability to assimilate and analyse data
Analytical ability, numeracy and an excellent eye for detail
Strong Excel skills
Collaborative and influential
Strong oral and written communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and concisely, while demonstrating active listening and ability to be assertive when required
Ability to challenge effectively and assertively to drive key outcomes in collaboration with CDS change leads
Ability to analyse financial and project data underpinned by a keen eye for detail and ability/instinct to intuit & address data anomalies.
