Summary: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager/Scrum Master to lead a transformation programme within a large-scale enterprise data and engineering environment. This role focuses on managing Agile delivery processes and supporting the realignment of engineering teams. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership and oversee multiple initiatives to ensure effective project governance and delivery. Proven experience in Agile methodologies and project management is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the delivery of the transformation roadmap across engineering and data functions.
- Manage Agile ceremonies, delivery sprints, and team coordination using JIRA.
- Provide project governance, including reporting, RAID logs, and presentation decks.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, programme leads, and engineering heads.
- Support the transition of workstreams into new delivery structures (e.g., pods/pillars).
- Deliver effectively within a lean team structure, handling frequent and fast-paced change.
- Maintain delivery oversight for platform-related initiatives (e.g., Snowflake integration).
- Ensure timely handover and progress tracking across multiple parallel initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in delivery/project management or Scrum Master roles.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe preferred).
- Strong communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and other project tracking tools.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight in a lean delivery model.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and rapid change in a dynamic environment.
