The role
You'll be the person holding delivery together — balancing agile ceremonies and lean techniques with the practical realities of supplier management, stakeholder communication, and keeping momentum through a busy programme.
What you'll be doing
- Building and protecting a motivated multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining an iterative delivery plan
- Managing risks, dependencies, and budgets
- Communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels
- Managing supplier relationships and deliverables
- Keeping delivery momentum through a fast-moving environment
What you'll bring
- Strong agile IT delivery experience
- Lean and Agile technique fluency
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Supplier management experience
- Scrum certification (desirable)
- AWS or connectivity testing and management experience (desirable)
