Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the performance of technical delivery teams across a product, system or service
  • Setting up and maintaining effective agile ways of working
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies including PI Planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives and demos
  • Ensuring Jira is used consistently to enable transparency, flow and reporting
  • Removing blockers and actively managing risks and dependencies
  • Managing product budgets, forecasts and lean business cases
  • Working with Product Leaders to define MVPs and break work into deliverable, value-driven increments
  • Coordinating dependencies across teams and products
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and delivery partners
  • Championing sustainable pace, capacity management and continuous improvement

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and enable high-performing technical delivery teams. You'll create the agile environment teams need to deliver customer-centric products, remove blockers, manage dependencies and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery at pace.
