Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the performance of technical delivery teams across a product, system or service
- Setting up and maintaining effective agile ways of working
- Facilitating agile ceremonies including PI Planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives and demos
- Ensuring Jira is used consistently to enable transparency, flow and reporting
- Removing blockers and actively managing risks and dependencies
- Managing product budgets, forecasts and lean business cases
- Working with Product Leaders to define MVPs and break work into deliverable, value-driven increments
- Coordinating dependencies across teams and products
- Managing relationships with suppliers and delivery partners
- Championing sustainable pace, capacity management and continuous improvement
Key Skills:
- Strong experience delivering products or services in an agile, product-led environment
- Proven ability to lead and enable technical delivery teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong understanding of flow, WIP limits, dependency management and value delivery
- Experience working closely with Product Managers and Product Leaders
