Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:

  • Strong commercial experience as a Delivery Manager within central government.
  • Recent central government experience within the last 5 years.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams including Product Managers, Designers, User Researchers, and Engineers.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Location – Edinburgh (adhoc) Part time | Outside IR35 | Hybrid Scotland | £500-£550 SR2 is working with a consultancy supporting the delivery of a major central government digital transformation programme. They are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams through a digital transformation. You'll be responsible for facilitating collaboration across product, design, engineering and stakeholder groups and ensuring delivery objectives are met. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in complex government environments, managing competing priorities and helping teams navigate ambiguity to deliver successful outcomes. This role is initially a part-time role , that may progress into full-time. It will be mostly remote but may require some onsite working with the client based in Edinburgh.
