Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion agile and product led ways of working, helping teams continuously improve delivery effectiveness, collaboration, and delivery maturity.
  • Lead delivery across multiple agile, cross functional technology squads, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities and focused on delivering business value.
  • Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams, managing dependencies and facilitating effective cross team collaboration.
  • Drive predictable delivery across concurrent technology initiatives through effective planning, prioritisation, and delivery oversight.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels including Executives, providing clear communication around progress, risks, challenges, and key decisions.
  • Identify, manage, and remove delivery blockers, risks, and dependencies to maintain momentum and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support teams in achieving high performance by fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and a strong delivery culture.

Delivery Lead 12 Month FTC

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Hybrid working with 1 day per week in London, 1 day per week in the Nottingham area, and 3 days working from home. Travel expenses for the London office are fully covered.
