Delivery Lead

Summary: The Commercial Delivery Lead for Staysure and Avanti is tasked with translating commercial priorities into actionable initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and renewal. This role involves close collaboration with trading stakeholders to develop and execute a delivery roadmap, requiring strong commercial acumen and a focus on successful project execution. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring initiatives progress from concept to delivery. The position is a fixed-term contract until December 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate commercial priorities into a structured portfolio of initiatives.
• Work with the trading team to create and deliver plans for achieving trading targets.
• Manage projects to ensure clear paths to success with defined KPIs and milestones.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with the Daily Delivery Group.
• Track results and provide insights on budget performance and trading plans.
• Coordinate trading meetings to facilitate effective communication and support.
• Drive initiatives from idea through discovery, design, and delivery with the product team.
• Support decision-making processes and ensure initiatives are measurable with clear KPIs.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers and dependencies.

Salary (Rate): £70,000
