Summary: The Delivery Lead will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a claims data migration project for a global insurer, focusing on transitioning to an AI-powered solution. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies and effectively manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery of a claims data migration project.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with global teams across different time zones.
- Present updates and insights to SteerCo level.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Planview.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead in complex, data-driven projects.
- Strong understanding of AI applications in insurance, particularly claims and FNOL processes.
- Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to delivery challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, React, and Azure is a plus.

My client is a global insurer seeking a Delivery Lead to own and drive end-to-end delivery of a claims data migration project, transitioning to an AI-powered solution.
Key Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience working as a Delivery Lead in complex, data-driven projects (ideally AI).
- Strong understanding of AI applications (ideally within Insurance, particularly claims and FNOL processes).
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Effective management of Budgets / Risks / Issues / Dependencies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Planview etc.
- Agile certifications i.e. SAFe, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP etc.
- The ability to collaborate and work effectively with global teams across different time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivery challenges.
- Previous experience presenting updates and insights to SteerCo level.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have:
- Previous Insurance industry experience (Property or Mid-Market lines preferred).
- A background in development with strong knowledge of Python, Java, React and Azure.
