Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a three-year Engineering Advanced Apprenticeship development program.
• Attend full-time training to learn core engineering skills and study towards recognized engineering qualifications.
• Engage in four six-month technical-focused placements in different delivery teams.
• Work closely with engineers, military personnel, and industry partners to support the Armed Forces.
• Complete a comprehensive program of study associated with the Level 3 Engineering Technician Standard.

• Five full GCSEs at grades 4-9 including English Language, Maths, and a Science or Engineering subject.
