- Provide leadership and development for programme teams, fostering collaboration and innovation
- Drive innovation by monitoring emerging technologies and leading post-implementation reviews
Key Skills:
- Substantial experience leading complex digital transformation programmes
- Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams and large budgets
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience managing external suppliers and contracts
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
- MSP Practitioner or equivalent, plus certifications in Agile methodologies
- In-depth understanding of digital technologies (eg cloud, AI, IoT, data analytics)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (eg Jira, Asana, MS Project, DevOps)
- Full valid UK driving licence
- Public Sector Experience is essential
