Key Responsibilities:
- Support the T&A Delivery Manager with all aspects of system implementation.
- Assist in the end-to-end delivery of the new T&A system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and deliver system requirements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), parallel runs, and validate outputs.
- Develop and review process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Act as a subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support and manage BAU processes with existing T&A systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations alongside project work.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working with DayForce.
