Key Responsibilities
- Define a shared foundation and tailored training experiences for two stakeholder groups: Analyst pathway. For people without a full-stack software engineering background, focused on using approved patterns to build lightweight applications for team use cases.
- Application engineer pathway. For experienced engineers building larger, complex applications that need to be secure, scalable, maintainable and supported over time.
- Work with Data Strategy lead, platform, data engineering, security and business stakeholders to ensure the training you develop reflects approved enterprise patterns and current Databricks capabilities.
- Create resources such as lecture slides, facilitator and learner guides, reference applications, reusable templates, Databricks notebooks, lab exercises, quizzes, FAQs and short how-to video content that teach the application lifecycle at the appropriate depth.
