• Monitoring databases to ensure availability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Managing incident, change, release, and problem management processes.

• Utilizing automation to eliminate repetitive tasks and developing Runbooks and Playbooks.
• Managing database backup and recovery, security management, and monitoring.
