Summary: The Database Administrator role requires a skilled professional with hands-on experience in various database technologies, including Oracle and SQL Server, to manage and optimize database performance. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence in Downtown Denver on specific days. Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB.
- Performance tuning, patching, and database builds.
- Backup and recovery expertise.
- Scripting experience in KornShell (Unix/Linux) and PowerShell (Windows).
- Experience with ServiceNow.
Key Skills:
- 5-7 years of hands-on DBA experience preferred.
- Experience in utility or SCADA environments is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
- Microsoft or Oracle certifications (e.g., OCP) are preferred.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools.
