Summary: Atrium EMEA is seeking an experienced Data Test Analyst for a prominent IT services client, specifically a leading UK bank. The role requires recent experience with enterprise-level banking clients and involves a hybrid working arrangement. The position focuses on data testing, validation, and automation using Python and SQL, with a strong emphasis on financial and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test scripts based on complex financial and regulatory requirements.
- Perform large-scale data validation, transformation, and quality testing across flat files and structured datasets.
- Use Python and SQL to automate testing and validate risk and market data.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to manage test versions, defect resolution, and test cycle reporting.
- Document test outcomes, trends, and anomalies using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Key Skills:
- Strong background in data testing within banking or financial services environments (essential).
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for automation and data analysis.
- Experience working with equity derivatives, Fixed Income products, and market risk data.
- Familiarity with FRTB regulations, risk measures, and reference/static data.

Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite in Central London
Day Rate: £400-£440 per day (Inside IR35, non-negotiable)
Duration: 6-month initial contract (extensions likely)
Clearance: Must be eligible to work in the UK
