Data Solution Architect - Reserving Transformation


We are seeking a Contract Associate to join Stellarmann, our sister Professional Services Business, who require a Data Solution Architect to work onsite at one of their leading Insurance clients in London.


The successful Associate will work on the client's Reserving Transformation project, focusing on creating a new tool, including an architectural overview of the solution, defining components, interfaces, and data flow, and identifying integration points with existing systems.


Key Requirements:



  • Experience in architectural design, component definition, and data flow.

  • Ability to integrate with existing systems.

  • Consideration for scalability, security, and maintainability in design.

  • Impact evaluation on efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and strategic goals.

  • Documentation of business and technical requirements, including use cases and acceptance criteria.

  • High-level design document creation and presentation.

  • Lloyd's insurance market experience is essential.

  • Experience with Reserving tools (beneficial).


You will be involved in the initial discovery phase (along with a Business Analyst/Project Manager) which will last 10 weeks, followed by an expected 12-18 month programme. This engagement offers hybrid working and will be based onsite 2 days per week in the client's City based office, paying 700- 750 per day outside IR35.
