Key Responsibilities:

• Use Dataiku (or similar data science platforms) and other tools to clean, explore, and analyze customer data to uncover insights.
• Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast customer behavior and personalize marketing strategies.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance CRM strategies and generate actionable customer profiles to improve engagement and loyalty.

Key Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Proficiency with Python, and preferably Dataiku or similar platforms; with strong skills in R, or SQL.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fashion or luxury retail experience is a plus.
