  • Collaborating with marketing stakeholders across Brand Media, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, CRM or Acquisition Marketing to on experimentation.
  • Partner with stakeholders on scoping experiments and providing power analyses before experiment starts.
  • Monitoring live experiments and sharing regular updates.
  • Completing post-test analyses.
  • Providing regular insights to data leadership on improvements in experimentation process or technology to accelerate the testing velocity.

Key Skills:

  • A bachelor s in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in data science and analytics roles within technology brands, with a preference for experience in a two-sided marketplace or e-commerce domain.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and ability to write efficient SQL code.
  • Advanced knowledge of python and relevant experimentation packages.
  • Experience with A/B testing for marketing.
  • Experience with match market testing or other causal inference approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to audiences of varying technical proficiency.
  • A strategic mindset capable of translating business problems into analytics opportunities and solutions.
