Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Jira board, planning and directing sprints to meet client expectations.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.
• Ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon outcomes and milestones.
• Collaborate with other delivery streams and teams to achieve common objectives.
• Coordinate with the community to plan and execute tri-lateral roadmaps.
• Plan and attend international conferences (TEMs).
• Manage and nurture the UK client relationship.
• Coordinate with clients and external contractors for seamless project execution.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in dealing with data.
• Knowledge of machine learning models and architectures, including supervised learning.
• Experience with GPU training and supporting libraries such as CUDA and PyTorch.
• Proficiency in the broader data science ecosystem, including pandas and numpy.
