Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with product managers to define and measure success metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assess the impact of product feature launches.
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal processes.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in Data Science or a closely related analytical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and core data analysis/programming tools.
- Solid background in statistical modelling, machine learning, and data interpretation.
- Experience partnering with product teams to influence product decisions and metrics.
- Experience translating data insights into strategic product recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Background in data engineering or experience in support/integrity-focused environments.

About the Role
You will work closely with engineering, product, and quality/evaluation teams to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. This role sits within a team of 18 and is being hired as maternity cover.
