Summary: The role of Senior/Lead Data Scientist focuses on leveraging expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and Deep Learning to develop and implement innovative AI solutions within an AI Center of Excellence. The position offers a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week and can be performed in a remote or hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models with a focus on LLMs, NLP, and deep learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and workflows.
• Conduct research, model fine-tuning, and validation using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Support AI governance and ensure responsible, scalable implementation.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

Key Skills:

• Advanced degree (PhD/Master's) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data science with a focus on Generative AI and NLP.
• Strong Python programming skills and proficiency with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills.
