Summary: The role of Data Science / ML Engineer involves developing machine learning models to enhance lead generation and optimize data-driven marketing strategies for a growing business. This is a contract position based in Glasgow, requiring one day of on-site work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building intelligent models to predict conversion likelihood of prospects.
- Using LLMs to enrich CRM data and extract insights from transcription data.
- Identifying key data signals that drive revenue and optimizing them over time.
- Deploying solutions in a cloud ML environment (GCP / Vertex AI).
Key Skills:
- Strong commercial Data Science / ML experience.
- Proficiency in Python and cloud ML platforms (GCP / Vertex AI or AWS SageMaker).
- Experience with NLP / LLM use cases.
