Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with client teams to define analytical approaches that solve specific business problems.
- Leading a team of Data Scientists and Analysts to deliver high-quality analysis that drives meaningful business outcomes.
- Presenting insights in a compelling and accessible way to a variety of stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
- Offering strategic recommendations grounded in data to enhance processes and performance.
- Partnering with internal strategy teams to develop clear, actionable plans based on data analysis and market research.
- Contributing to client meetings and workshops to communicate findings and suggest measurable improvements.
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all analytical outputs.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up to date with industry best practices.
- Experience managing agile analytics workflows, including sprints and issue resolution.
- Ability to identify and scope data science solutions to solve business challenges.
- Prior experience in managing or mentoring analysts or data scientists.
- A degree in a numerical field, Data Science, or an equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Soft skills such as a naturally curious mindset, confidence in applying data science strategies, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
