What you'll do: We're looking for a Data Science & Analytics Manager who can turn complex data into impactful insights that drive real business change. If you're passionate about data and enjoy helping others make informed decisions, we’d love to hear from you. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with client teams to define analytical approaches that solve specific business problems, often proposing multiple options with clear timelines.
• Leading a team of Data Scientists and Analysts to deliver high-quality analysis that drives meaningful business outcomes.
• Presenting insights in a compelling and accessible way to a variety of stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
• Offering strategic recommendations grounded in data to enhance processes and performance.
• Partnering with internal strategy teams to develop clear, actionable plans based on data analysis and market research.
• Contributing to client meetings and workshops to communicate findings and suggest measurable improvements.
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all analytical outputs.

What you'll bring:

• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up to date with industry best practices
• Experience managing agile analytics workflows, including sprints and issue resolution
• Ability to identify and scope data science solutions to solve business challenges
• Prior experience in managing or mentoring analysts or data scientists
• A degree in a numerical field, Data Science, or an equivalent qualification (preferred)
