Summary: The Data & Quality Analyst role is a 9-month fixed-term contract focused on ensuring data integrity and quality within a leading national contractor in the housing sector. The position involves conducting data audits, supporting system validation, and enhancing reporting tools to drive operational improvements. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate data input and provide insights for better decision-making. This role is home-based with occasional national travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular data validation checks and audits
  • Identify inconsistencies and root causes in operational systems
  • Support mobilisation readiness with pre-launch data validation
  • Collaborate with operational teams to improve data input accuracy
  • Assist in monitoring and resolving system integration issues
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
  • Automate data cleansing and exception reporting tasks
  • Provide insights that help boost service performance
  • Maintain documentation for audits and governance processes

Key Skills:

  • Background in data, QA, reporting, or systems analysis
  • Strong Excel and/or Power BI skills
  • Knowledge of data governance, system interfaces, operational reporting
  • Familiarity with housing, maintenance, or mobilisation projects (Bonus)

Data & Quality Analyst - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Home based with occasional national travel and stay over as required

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Salary : 46K (Pro Rata)

We're working with a leading national contractor in the housing sector to recruit a Data & Quality Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of operational data across various service areas. Reporting to the Data Performance & Quality Lead, this is a hands-on role that focuses on data audits, integration support, system validation, and reporting enhancements. You'll work closely with IT, frontline teams, and product managers to help shape smarter, data-informed decision-making.

Data & Quality Analyst Key Responsibilities:
