- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating data protection, privacy and cybersecurity-related contracts and policies
- Conducting privacy impact assessments, compliance audits and advising on regulatory obligations
- Supporting clients with incident response, breach management and regulatory investigations where required
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver practical, business-minded legal advice
Key Skills:
- A solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in data protection, privacy or cyber law - ideally 2+ years post-qualification (PQE) or demonstrable relevant experience
- Skilled in drafting privacy policies, data-sharing agreements, and compliance documentation
- Familiar with UK/EU data protection law (e.g., GDPR), regulatory requirements and emerging issues around AI and cyber-security
