Summary: The Data Protection Analyst role at SSE Airtricity involves managing Data Protection incidents, Subject Access Requests (SAR), and providing guidance to the business. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Data Protection mailbox and respond to incidents, SARs, and general guidance requests promptly and professionally.
• Investigate Data Protection incidents and analyze trends to minimize recurrence and escalate incidents as per SSE policy.
• Oversee Subject Access Requests by collaborating with in-team administrators and ensuring compliance with regulatory timescales.
• Engage with stakeholders, including Group Legal Data Protection, to manage data protection risks and implement control mechanisms.
• Assist the Data Protection Specialist in preparing reports for the Group Data Protection Officer to demonstrate compliance with GDPR.

Key Skills:
