Summary: The role of Data Product Owner involves leading the development and delivery of automated Continuous Controls Monitoring solutions within IAM. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of IAM's automated Continuous Controls Monitoring solutions.
- Refine and communicate the vision and strategy for key data products.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories.
- Prioritize the product backlog and create roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with engineering, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and actionable findings.
Key Skills:
- Strong background in Continuous Control Monitoring or Governance, Risk & Control (GRC) automation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of IAM or other controls.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Data Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of IAM's automated Continuous Controls Monitoring solutions.
Within this role we expect the successful candidate to refine and communicate the vision and strategy for key data products, translate business requirements into clear user stories, prioritise the product backlog, and create roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
They will work closely with engineering, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure delivery of the Continuous Controls Monitoring solution and the findings it generates are accurate, actionable, and accessible.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Continuous Control Monitoring or other Forms of Governance, Risk & Control (GRC) automation, excellent stakeholder management skills, a good understanding of IAM (or other controls), and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
