Summary: The Data Officer role at CACEIS involves managing and updating data within dedicated databases, focusing on third-party, client, and account references. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the onboarding process of new clients in collaboration with Business Development and Relationship Managers.
- Collect necessary information for third-party, client, and account references.
- Integrate and update information daily in dedicated databases.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients within the area of expertise.
- Update client references for specific projects, including mass updates and data cleaning tasks.
- Control the consistency, quality, and security of data in the references.
- Perform specific control tasks as required.
- Convert identified anomalies into operational requests for creation, modification, or closure.
- Conduct tests as designated for ongoing projects.
- Serve as the daily contact for other departments regarding client data.
Key Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance or equivalent.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in operations management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in database management and Microsoft Office.
- Professional proficiency in English.
