Summary: The Data Migration Paralegal will play a crucial role in a transformative project for an independent healthcare provider, focusing on the implementation of a new contract and matters management system. This position requires collaboration with Legal, IT, and Procurement teams to ensure accurate data migration. The role is a full-time, 3-month fixed-term contract. Candidates should possess a law degree or equivalent and relevant paralegal experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing existing contracts to determine migration needs.
- Updating contract summaries and metadata for system integration.
- Escalating queries to senior legal or procurement contacts.
- Attending project meetings and collaborating cross-functionally.
Key Skills:
- A law degree (or non-law degree with GDL) and LPC/SQE.
- At least 1 year of experience in a commercial contracts paralegal role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Confidence working independently and managing your own workload.
- In-house legal experience is a strong plus.

Your new role
You'll work closely with Legal, IT, and Procurement teams, ensuringthat contract data is accurately captured and transferred. This isa 3-month fixed-term contract, full-time (37.5 hours/week).

- Reviewing existing contracts to determine migrationneeds.

What you'll need to succeed
A law degree (or non-law degree with GDL) andLPC/SQE. At least 1 year of experience in a commercial contracts paralegal role. Strong attention to detail and excellentcommunication skills. Confidence working independently and managing yourown workload. In-house legal experience is a strong plus.
