Summary: The Data Migration Lead will oversee the data workstream for a large-scale supply chain transformation, focusing on data migration into CrunchTime as part of a UK rollout. Key Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of the data workstream for a large-scale supply chain transformation
- Lead end-to-end data migration from legacy inventory systems into CrunchTime
- Oversee data profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation and reconciliation
- Support mock migrations, cutover planning and go-live readiness
- Work closely with integration teams to ensure data flows across systems are accurate
- Coordinate and manage onshore and offshore data analysts
- Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data deliverables
- Establish data governance, controls and documentation across the programme
Key Skills:
- Experience within hospitality, retail or inventory-driven environments as a Data Lead / Data Migration Lead on large transformation programmes
- Strong hands-on delivery across data migration, cutover and reconciliation
- Exposure to CrunchTime or similar supply chain / inventory platforms
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts (APIs, batch, interfaces)
- Experience managing analysts and offshore teams
- Ability to operate across business, data and technology stakeholders
- Experience working within large-scale, complex programme environments

Data Lead – Supply Chain/Inventory Transformation (CrunchTime Focus) Robert Half are supporting a global S&P 500 consulting firm to build out a specialist bench of contractors to support delivery across large-scale transformation programmes focused on supply chain, inventory management and operational platforms. The engagement sits within complex enterprise environments, with a particular focus on data migration into CrunchTime as part of a UK rollout following successful adoption in the US. Given the nature of the programme, we are particularly keen to engage individuals with experience across hospitality, retail or complex inventory environments , with strong ownership of data migration and data workstreams . We are looking for experienced delivery-focused profiles who can lead end-to-end data activities across transformation initiatives.
Assignment Details Day Rate : Likely to be Outside IR35 via LTD company Contract : 12-18 months initial contract Location : London hybrid working with 2-3 days on site required. Start : After interview process and onboarding c. 1st-2nd week in April
