Data Migration Lead

Minimum years of experience: 12 years

Candidate is able to define and drive the end-to-end migration strategy across multiple transformation initiatives from T24 to Finacle OR similar migrations. While there are dedicated teams focused on the specific migration scope, this is a strategic leadership role who can define and lead the data migration strategy, roadmap, and governance. Be able to operate at both architecture and execution levels, while engaging C level leadership and ensuring successful delivery.

Specific data migration scope includes (not limited to):

• Core banking migration from T24 to Finacle (primary scope)
• Legacy CRM to new CRM platform
• Legacy data layer to NextGen data platform
• Document Management

Required Core Skills:

• End-to-end Data Migration Leadership for banking clients
• Data Migration Architecture and Governance
• Migration Roadmap Planning and Delivery
• Data Migration across multiple transformation programs
• Prior experience of Data Migration project for Banking clients preferably Data Migration from T24 to Finacle OR similar.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
