• Develop & implement a robust data migration strategy for the new PIM system
• Extract, transform & load (ETL) data from PDFs, SharePoint, Excel, and Access
• Automate migration processes using scripting and integration tools
• Ensure data quality & consistency throughout the migration lifecycle
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams & project stakeholders to understand data structures
• Provide technical leadership & mentoring to a team of Data Migration Specialists
• Troubleshoot & optimise data migration performance
• Document processes and establish best practices for future migrations

Key Skills:

• Proven experience leading data migration projects (preferably in PIM, DAM or ERP implementations)
