Summary: The Data Migration Lead/Data Workstream Delivery Manager will oversee data migration efforts for SAP S/4 Hana implementations, focusing on both public and private cloud environments. Data Migration Lead/Data Workstream Delivery Manager - SAP S/4 Hana, Public Cloud, Private Cloud

Xpertise have an urgent requirement for a Data Migration Lead/Data Workstream Delivery Manager (SAP S/4 Hana, Public Cloud, Private Cloud, SAP Data, ETL, SAP BTP, Snowflake, AWS, MDM) for an immediate start.

Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager/Project Manager on large-scale SAP S/4 Hana programmes
  • Proven experience leading a data migration workstream through at least one full SAP ERP implementation (Public or Private Cloud preferred).
  • Strong understanding of SAP data structures, migration tools (BODS/LSMW/LTMC), and SAP master and transactional data objects.
  • Hands-on background in ETL design/delivery
  • Experience managing data quality, profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation activities at scale.
  • Track record of leading and developing multi-disciplinary data teams.
  • Strong governance mindset with experience implementing audit trails, controls, and structured migration processes.
  • Proven experience of SAP Public Cloud experience - SAP BTP, Integration Suite, SaaS model etc.
