WA Consultants is currently recruiting for an experienced Data Migration Engineer to support a large-scale digital transformation programme, migrating thousands of users from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 within a secure cloud environment.
Working as part of a specialist migration team, you'll play a key role in delivering the migration of Google Drive, Mailboxes and Calendars into M365 using Cloudiway and Microsoft Native Migration tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end migration activities from planning through to execution and validation
- Support migration scheduling, staging and batching activities
- Troubleshoot migration issues, errors and performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with Google Workspace, M365 and infrastructure teams
- Perform migration testing and quality assurance
- Track and document migration progress and outcomes
- Ensure data integrity, completeness and accuracy
- Develop scripts and automation to support data remediation
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience delivering Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations
- Strong understanding of Exchange Online, OneDrive and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Cloudiway and/or Microsoft migration tools
- Strong troubleshooting and Scripting skills
- Experience working on large-scale migration projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
