The hourly rate is £70 Inside IR35 Umbrella, (£525 Inside IR35) 6 months contract – 37.5 hours per week – 2 days per week in the Manchester office for meetings

We’re seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Data Manager Level F to support our organization’s data ecosystem. In this vital role, you will champion the implementation of data processes, governance, and architecture, ensuring our data assets are reliable, high-quality, and aligned with business objectives. What You’ll Bring:

• Basic knowledge of data modelling methods (Relational, Dimensional)
• Intermediate expertise in data quality requirements and methodologies
• Strong understanding of Data Management best practices, including DAMA-DMBOK standards
• Proficiency in database querying languages and scripting tools such as SQL, VBA, Pandas, or R
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting or developing physical data models
• Skills in data flow mapping and data ingestion solutions
• Familiarity with real-time data streaming and batch processing
• Experience with data validation, monitoring solutions, and data governance processes

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1-3 years of practical experience in data management or related roles
• Hands-on experience supporting data architecture, quality, and governance initiatives
