Key Responsibilities:
- Collate and establish a comprehensive database for patients.
- Integrate multiple datasets into a central database.
- Work closely with clinicians to define database parameters and requirements.
- Accurately code patient diagnoses and ensure data integrity.
- Manage the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and administrative systems.
- Support the integration of digital and existing care pathways.
- Maintain a high level of information governance in line with GDPR and HIV guidelines.
