Summary: The role of Data Management Consultant involves leading a data-centric engagement for a Tier 1 Asset Management client, focusing on translating complex data requirements into actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Bridging the Gap: Translate complex data requirements from technical teams into actionable business insights for C-suite and MD-level stakeholders.
- Strategy & Delivery: Define data use cases within the Asset Management life cycle (Front, Middle, or Back Office).
- Stakeholder Management: Lead workshops, manage project timelines, and produce high-quality boardroom-ready presentations.
- Data Literacy: Advise on data governance, data quality, and the implementation of visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau) or cloud platforms (Snowflake/Azure).
Key Skills:
- Experience: 5-7 years within Management Consulting (essential).
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record in Asset Management or Wealth Management.
- Data Savvy: Strong understanding of data structures and analytics without being an "out and out" coder. You must be comfortable discussing data architecture and its business benefits.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, "polished" consulting presence, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

A consultancy firm is seeking a high-calibre Management Consultant at the Manager level to lead a data-centric engagement within a Tier 1 Asset Management client.
We are not looking for a pure developer or data scientist. We are looking for a Business-Data Translator. You will be the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, helping them understand how to leverage their data estate to drive Alpha, ensure compliance, and streamline operations.
