A large bank is currently looking for a Data Insights Developer to join their Data & Analytics Office, working closely with business

stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality data-driven solutions across the organisation. This role blends full-stack development, data engineering,

analysis, and visualisation, with strong ownership from design through to delivery and adoption.

The position sits within a high-impact team responsible for developing Python-based web applications, building analytical data models, and transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insight that supports decision-making at scale.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Demonstrable Experience of working in a Full Stack development or similar hybrid role, combining software development, data analysis and visualisation.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and analytical techniques; familiarity with scenario modelling or analytics would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools, particularly Pandas, and Experience with cloud data platforms like Google BigQuery.
  • Proven technical skills in Python, DevOps practices, and webtechnologies, including CSS, JavaScript, and popular web frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment.
  • Excellent data visualisation skills, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to tell compelling stories through data.
  • Understanding of Agile ways of working, including Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
