Key Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders across the organisation to uncover and shape innovation opportunities
- Translate business needs into well-defined hypotheses and test plans
- Lead and manage a portfolio of innovation POCs from concept through delivery
- Facilitate lab ceremonies and planning sessions to ensure momentum and focus
- Support senior leadership in managing operations, capacity, and team priorities
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track impact and visibility
- Coach and mentor junior team members to foster growth and capability
- Help shape internal communications and advocacy for the DCI Lab
- Stay connected to emerging data, AI, and automation technologies
