Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure data governance initiatives align with organizational objectives and track progress to meet strategic goals.
• Act as the intelligent customer for consultancy work, validating approaches and ensuring quality delivery.
• Define and implement a structured knowledge transfer plan for internal teams on data governance frameworks.
• Promote the project across the organization, engaging stakeholders to build consensus and internal capabilities.

Key Skills:

• Proven understanding of data governance principles and frameworks (e.g., DAMA, DCAM, CDMC).
• Significant experience leading data governance initiatives within public sector or geospatial organizations.
• Strong supplier management skills and experience in project management methodologies (MSP, Agile).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business value.
