We're looking for a Data Governance Consultant to implement a Target Operating Model and establish governance frameworks. This role combines data governance and TOM execution, shaping business processes and building the operating model. Ideal candidates bring a hybrid BA/PM skill set, consultancy experience, and strong delivery capability. Hybrid working: 3 days a week in a London-based office Duration: initial 6 months Rate: up to £700pd inside ir35 via umbrella
