Summary: The Data Entry Clerk (Migration) role involves providing operational support for data migration related to curriculum information. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for data migration template workbooks related to curriculum data.
  • Collect and store course information in data migration templates.
  • Ensure accurate outputs for upload to the new curriculum management platform.
  • Collaborate with faculties and central services to gather necessary data.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Office software (word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, email, web).
  • Experience in complex data entry and data interrogation.
  • Ability to identify errors or omissions in data prior to publication.
  • Experience in following business processes in an information/data environment.
  • Experience in maintaining data in a central database setup.
