Data Entry & Validation Officer

Hybrid role based in Dublin 1

€45,000-46,000 per annum

One year contract

I'm currently partnering with a well-established national regulatory organisation seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Validation Officer to join a technical operations team based in Dublin Centre.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years' experience in structured data handling, validation and quality assurance, particularly within a regulated, compliance or operational environment.

Key focus areas:

  • Reviewing and validating industry-submitted datasets

  • Performing reconciliation and quality checks (completeness, consistency, plausibility)

  • Maintaining structured datasets in Excel

  • Escalating anomalies and supporting governance processes

  • Working closely with technical and policy stakeholders

Strong Excel capability (formulas, lookups, validation tools, structured tables) is essential. Experience in regulatory, telecoms, utilities, financial services or public sector reporting would be highly advantageous.
