Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer information from legacy systems into new software.
- Maintain and update data management systems (SAP ByD & Filemaker).
- Accurately add new products to the ERP System.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, consistent, and complete.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless product listings and operations.
- Maintain supplier price lists across systems.
- Liaise with sales, purchasing, and suppliers for product information.
- Support departments with ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding product-related queries.
- Enrich legacy product listings with logistic details.
- Import and export data using system tools.

- Good IT skills, particularly in MS Packages (Excel).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident working with large volumes of product data and digital assets.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to support our team during a system migration project.
This temporary role will involve transferring information from our legacy system into our new software whilst maintaining and updating the data management systems (SAP ByD & Filemaker).
Accurately add new products to the ERP System, ensure product listings are accurate, consistent, and complete (titles, descriptions, attributes, specifications, categories)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product listings, transactions & operations
Maintain supplier price lists across systems
Liaise with sales, purchasing and suppliers to gather product information, assets, and requirements
Support departments with ad-hoc administrative duties
Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding product-related queries
Enrich legacy product listings with logistic details
Importing & exporting data using system tools
Requirements
