Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2-5 Data Engineers (both on and offshore)
- Own and drive the migration from Redshift to Databricks.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across data engineering and architecture.
- Support major business and technology transformation programmes.
- Design and deliver scalable cloud-based data solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices, delivery standards and platform improvements.
- Manage BAU support, incidents and operational enhancements.
Requirements
- Strong Data Engineering background within enterprise environments.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS or Azure data platforms.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience leading, mentoring or managing technical teams.
- Proven track record delivering platform migrations or data modernisation initiatives.
