The Role
You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining data flows into and out of Salesforce, helping to ensure business-critical data is available, accurate and synchronised across the wider technology estate.
Working alongside Salesforce Consultants, Architects and technical stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering complex integration solutions and enabling seamless connectivity between platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines integrating Salesforce with internal and third-party systems
- Design ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion, transformation and synchronisation
- Develop and support API-led integrations and data services
- Deliver batch and Real Time data integration solutions
- Ensure data quality, governance and integrity across integrated systems
- Work closely with Salesforce teams to support platform enhancements and ongoing projects
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimise performance
- Contribute to integration architecture and best practices
Required Experience
- Strong commercial experience as a Data Engineer
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems and applications
- Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines
- Strong SQL and data transformation skills
- Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and data architecture
- Experience handling complex datasets from multiple sources
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Highly Desirable
- MuleSoft
- Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API, Platform Events)
- Experience with Middleware and iPaaS platforms
- Python or other Scripting languages
- Data modelling and master data management
- Event-driven and Real Time integration architectures
- Previous experience working within a Salesforce consultancy or partner environment
Contract Details
- 6-Month Initial Contract
- £450 per day
- Outside IR35
- Start Date: 3rd August
- King's Cross, London
- 2-3 Days Per Week Onsite
